Shipping Policy

DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE:

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

Standard Shipping in Singapore is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) and subject to updates from our delivery partners.

Free standard shipping for all orders above SGD 60.

For orders less than SGD 60, a shipping charge of SGD 5 applies.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery, we will contact you via email to let you know that it’s on the way.

Express shipping is possible, but charges may vary depending on location and order value. Please contact us at sales@booksofsorts.sg if you require express/urgent shipping.

If an item is out of stock or there are delays with local delivery, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Please contact us at sales@booksofsorts.sg. Additional shipping and processing charges apply. Insurance is recommended as we do not take responsibility for products damaged in transit.

Any applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by your country upon receipt of your order, are your responsibility.

LOST ITEMS:

In the event of a lost item, please contact us sales@booksofsorts.sg within 2 days of expected delivery date.

 CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or amendments.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

EXCHANGES:

Our policy for exchange is strictly 14 days from date of dispatch. Unfortunately, items are not exchangeable if more than 14 days has passed since dispatch.

Items are eligible for exchange if:

• Damaged / defective upon receipt (either through manufacture defect or during the delivery process)
• We make a mistake and send you the incorrect item

We are sorry but we do not offer voluntary or non-defective exchanges.

For exchanges, please send the item to our warehouse @ 43 Keppel Road, #02-02, 099418, together with your name and proof of purchase (receipt or order number). You are responsible for any shipping costs for return of the item to our warehouse.

We will process the exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.

Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We accept returns within 14 days of dispatch for any defective items (manufacturing defect or damage during delivery). Please advise us of any defect within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery and provide us with your name, proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and an image of the damaged item. Email us @ sales@booksofsorts.sg.

We will endeavour to arrange a refund as soon as possible. Shipping costs are not refundable so this will be deducted from your refund. We will issue refunds using the same payment method that was utilized for the initial purchase.
